To install Expresso 2.1 on your computer:
1. If it is not already on your system,
install
Microsoft's .NET Framework.
You will need version 1.1 or later.
2. Download and install Expresso (Version 2.1.2150 - November 19, 2005)
- Download "ExpressoSetup21.msi"
(0.53 MB), save it to a convenient location, and launch the installation by
opening or double-clicking the file. You may delete the "ExpressoSetup.msi"
file after the installation.
3. Run Expresso
- To begin editing and testing regular expressions, just select Expresso
from the start menu!
- To load the 30 Minute Regex Tutorial,
select the tutorial from the
start menu.
4. Register your copy (optional).
